History of the company

Kerman Regional Water Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was registered on 11/16/1355 under number 299 and on 9/3/1356, according to the decision of the former parliament, it was merged with the Regional Electricity Company of Southeast Iran and Ab and Joint Stock Company. Kerman Regional Electricity was established and again according to the legal bill dated 31/3/1359 approved by the Revolutionary Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the electricity and water department of Kerman Water and Electricity Company was separated from each other and an independent regional water company was formed. 9654 / T / 28263, dated 12/3/82, the esteemed Cabinet of Ministers changed the articles of association based on Article 4 of the Law on the Third Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan, which has been approved by the Guardian Council. Kerman Regional Water Special Joint Stock Company is identified under No. 299 in the Companies Department.

The main center of the company in Kerman and its irrigation offices in Rafsanjan, Zarand, Bardsir, Sirjan, Shahrbabak, Kahnooj, Jiroft, Kerman, Baft, Bam, Ravar, Ganj Castle, Manojan, Rudbar, Anbarabad, Arzooieh, Normashir, Regan, Fahraj , Pomegranate and Kuhbanan is located.
